How we train you

Learning patience is the training.

Before anything else — before the machines, the drills, the milestones — we want you to learn something that has nothing to do with reps: patience. Recovery isn't a race, and it almost never rewards force. In every session, we're weighing the same question: are we asking enough of your nervous system today, or too much?

Push through fatigue, and the session starts working against itself — tone rises, movement gets messier, and the body spends its energy defending instead of learning. Overtraining compounds that chaos day after day. Undertraining leaves the potential sitting right in front of us untouched. The actual work is holding the narrow band in between — session after session, week after week.

Fatigue sets in
Undertrained
potential unused
The working zone Overtrained
more chaos, not more gain

This is why progress here often looks slower, and quieter, than you'd expect from a training program — and exactly why it holds.
