Schedule your own appointments
Once you have purchased credits, you can easily schedule your own appointments online whenever it suits you. Online booking saves time and reduces administration and payment-processing costs, which helps us keep our training hours affordable.
Easy and flexible rescheduling
We know that schedules can change. If you need to move an appointment that is more than 24 hours away, you can simply cancel or reschedule it online to another day or time — no explanation needed. Even if the new session requires a different number of credits, we simply adjust the difference in your balance.
One balance for everything we offer
Your credits give you flexibility across our services. Use them for an hour of training, a full day, a consultation with Dr. Arjan, or our online program.
Lower prices during quieter hours
Selected low-peak hours may require fewer credits, giving you an easy way to make your training even more affordable.
Cancellations are simple
When you cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your credits are automatically returned to your account. There is no need to wait for a payment to be processed or for us to manually check your booking.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we simply charge 2 credits to your balance to cover the reserved training time. This is still more flexible than paying by credit card, where a cancellation within 24 hours would not be eligible for a refund.
The more credits you buy, the better the value
Larger credit packages come with a lower price per credit, giving you better value when you know you will be training with us regularly.
Save 10% or more compared with paying by credit card
Credits are also a simple way to save. When you purchase credits, you receive a better rate than paying for individual sessions by credit card. And if your plans change, sessions paid with credits can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance without a cancellation fee.
Why credits help us keep things simple
When you use credits, cancellations and rescheduling can be handled automatically and without additional payment-processing costs. This keeps things straightforward for you and helps us keep our prices as low as possible.
Credit-card payments are different. When we process a refund, the payment processor generally keeps the original processing fee. Even though the payment is returned to you, that fee is not returned to us. We also have additional administration involved in checking the original payment and processing the refund.
Using credits avoids these unnecessary costs and makes cancellations and rescheduling quick, simple, and hassle-free for everyone.
